Job Opportunity: Care and Development Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Care and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of carers, ensuring efficient on-boarding, rostering, training and development.
The successful candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable people. Key duties include:
* Manage carer on-boarding, rosters, training and overall welfare
* Deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training to ensure carers are prepared to provide care
* Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, prioritizing safeguarding and compliance
* Take action as required, escalating issues when necessary
* Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care and HSE communication
The role requires:
* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
* 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
* Experience using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Well-organized and process-driven individual
