As part of our growth and commitment to delivering impactful change, we are seeking a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the development and expansion of our business and further strengthen our technical capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader who can drive company initiatives, The CTO will be a key member of the management team, responsible for overseeing the company's technological development.
The CTO will ensure that technology aligns with the company's strategic objectives, manage technical teams, and drive innovation in both product development and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, .
Collaborate closely with management and the team to align technical initiatives with overall business objectives, particularly in ESG goals and sustainability.
Set the vision for product development and innovation, ensuring that solutions meet market demands and client needs.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing technical team focused on product development, quality assurance, and technical operations.
Ensure continuous improvement in technical processes, methodologies, and tools used within the company.
Stay at the forefront of technological trends.
Encourage a culture of innovation within ClearTech, ensuring that new ideas and improvements are always being explored.
The successful
candidate will be a Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer with at least 12 years relevant engineering experience. Expertise and experience in post-tensioning design will be advantageous.
Technically talented, the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and innovative, adaptable in approach and willing to work in a hands-on environment.
