Essentials: MRICS / MSCSI qualified valuations surveyor; up to 4 years' post-qualification experience in valuations; strong working knowledge of Argus Valuations.

As part of continued growth, our client's Dublin Valuations team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Valuer to join its professional services division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Generation & Fee Income:
Manage existing clients and contacts while contributing to business generation by increasing the range and volume of valuation instructions and supporting the development of the department.
* Valuation Delivery:
Undertake valuation instructions sourced personally or allocated by senior colleagues, ensuring all work is completed accurately, professionally, and in line with regulatory and professional standards.
* Client Care & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain goodwill, trust, and confidentiality with prospective and existing clients, acting as the single point of contact and managing regular client reporting across multiple assignments.
* Market Research & Analysis:
Undertake research to identify market opportunities and provide valuation benchmarks to support client advisory work.
* Professional Profile & Market Presence:
Maintain a strong professional profile in the market, engaging with clients, industry peers, and the wider public to promote the firm and enhance its brand.
* Systems & Technology:
Utilise valuation and IT systems effectively, including Argus, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting.
