Glebe Builders Ltd. are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator / Document Controller to support our team on an upcoming commercial construction project commencing in December 2025.
This role will be central to maintaining accurate project documentation, assisting with health & safety compliance, and ensuring all drawings and records are properly uploaded, tracked, and distributed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all site documentation and drawing registers, ensuring the latest revisions are available to the project team.
* Upload, issue, and archive drawings, specifications, and reports via Procore, EasyBuild, or other project platforms.
* Assist with Health & Safety administration, including maintaining training records, inductions, permits, and safety documentation.
* Support the Site Manager and Project Team with day-to-day coordination, document control, and communication.
* Organise and record deliveries, plant registers, tipping logs, and other site records as required.
* Prepare weekly reports, document trackers, and filing systems for audits and compliance.
* Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and head office to ensure smooth information flow.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all administrative duties.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a site administration or document control role within construction.
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety documentation and site procedures.
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Procore, EasyBuild, or similar systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy site environment.
* Must have a valid safepass
