Additional Location(s): N/A Provides managerial, technical, and strategic leadership for a multidisciplinary team of Electrical Engineers and Software Engineers supporting new product development, sustaining engineering and design-based cost savings initiatives.
This role ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective medical device solutions by integrating hardware, software, and test engineering activities while meeting business, quality, and regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage teams of Electrical Engineers and Software Engineers, including staffing, resource planning, performance management, and employee development.
Provide technical leadership across electrical design, software development, and electrical test engineering to support product development and sustaining activities.
Partner with R contribute to development of operational policies and procedures.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's in Software, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years demonstrated People and Technical Leadership within a comparable new product development environment.
