Responsibilities
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Castlepollard. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through various channels, enhancing the customer experience, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to solve customer challenges effectively. The candidate will also contribute to improving support processes and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building positive relationships
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Organisational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records
Proficiency in CRM software or similar tools is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience in a customer service role in a technology or IoT‑related industry is advantageous
