Role of this position
1. Workforce Planning & Talent: Support headcount planning, succession, and skills mapping; advise on recruitment and role design.
* HR Systems: Lead rollout and adoption of digital HR tools; streamline processes.
* Manager Support: Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
* Engagement & Culture: Drive surveys, action plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
* HR Operations & ER: Manage onboarding, ER cases, and ensure compliance.
* Data & Insights: Analyse HR metrics and deliver dashboards to inform decisions.
* Projects: Lead HR initiatives that enhance systems, policies, and team culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2. 5+ years' experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner in Ireland.
3. Degree Qualified - Level 7 HRM
4. Strong ER case management and strategic planning experience.
5. Skilled in HRIS tools, data analysis, and workforce development.
