About This Role
You are a key member of the language experts group, closely monitoring and evaluating responses quality for your locale.
Closely monitoring and evaluating response quality for your locale is an essential part of this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that language models deliver high-quality responses by correctly understanding user requests, providing relevant information in a clear manner, and presenting it in an understandable way.
As a key member of the language team you transform task-specific challenges into valuable insights and process improvement suggestions to enhance model performance across various releases.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
* Bachelors degree in linguistics with expertise in phonetics syntax semantics and language analysis methods;
* Native-level fluency in the target language;
* Meticulous attention to details including grammar punctuation and subtle nuances;
This position offers opportunities to conduct research collect data analyze linguistic phenomena using programming languages such as Python natural processing tasks computational linguistics data analysis skills preferred. Experience working with subject matter expert also highly desirable experience collecting analyzing resolving evaluation errors rewarding applicants who understand complex text idea theory properly.
