We are looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our growing hospitality family. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during the evening and overnight hours.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by conducting routine patrols and monitoring security systems.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas as needed.
* Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
* Operate the switchboard and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional way.
* Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events.
* Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
* Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
