We are delighted to partner with a growing organisation on their search for a Head of Sales to lead and evolve their sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director. You’ll play a key role in growing revenue, supporting current clients, and identifying new business opportunities, all while maintaining our clients commitment to top-tier quality and customer service.
What you’ll do:
* Own and develop the company’s annual sales strategy
* Maintain and grow key accounts while identifying new opportunities
* Lead and support the Sales Admin, with scope to grow the team
* Prepare quotes, tenders, and contracts
* Represent the company at trade shows, client sites, and events (12+ site days/month)
* Provide on-site technical solutions and customer support
* Deliver strategic market insights to improve service and competitiveness
What we’re looking for:
* Proven senior-level sales experience in plant/machinery or mechanical systems ideally conveyor system.
* Engineering qualification (Degree/Diploma preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Experience developing and managing a sales pipeline
* Hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and commercially savvy
