The Role:
* Support the facilities department by scheduling maintenance works, assigning tasks, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.

* Schedule and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works for tooling equipment.
* Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including KPIs and expenditure analysis.
Requirements:
* 2+ years administrative experience, ideally within a facilities, tooling, or accounts environment.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
