Key Responsibilities
* Install, modify and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.
* Continuously improve process efficiency, reduce downtime and increase output to meet business objectives.
* Validate new and existing equipment, manage vendor relationships and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
* Develop and train technical teams, participate in company-wide initiatives and maintain accurate records systems.
* Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping to prevent accidents and promote a healthy work environment.
About the Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate has good knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, relevant industrial experience and strong analytical skills.
* They must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, apply problem-solving skills and maximize productivity to achieve business goals.
* A valid work permit or EU passport is required for this role.
