The Marketing Assistant is an integral member of the Group office team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with the implementation of the Group's marketing activity including website management, social media presence, content creation, creating point of sale/promotional materials, merchandising standards, database marketing, store events/fundraising, internal communications and preparing reports.

Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing the Adrian Dunne Pharmacy Group in-store, online and to customers.
Instore
* Ensure pharmacies are adhering to the marketing plan, including the monthly activations. Store visits required from time to time.
* Ensure all POS in the 13 pharmacies adhere to the Merchandising Standards Guide (MSG), consistent across the group and in line with Brand Guidelines.
* Create POS including shelf talkers, A5's & digital screen graphics using Canva. Prepare monthly POS packs for distribution to stores.
* Schedule content for our network of digital screens eg. Supplier adverts, local sponsorship, fundraising initiatives and special offers.
* Support the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and managing marketing initiatives for the Group's customer loyalty program and provide regular KPI reports.
* Respond to and manage marketing related requests from all pharmacies in the Group, ensuring they have adequate supplies of point of sale, dispensary labels, was/now stickers, shelf talkers, display holders, window posters etc.
Digital & Online Marketing
* Manage, monitor and maintain the Group's Social Media platforms, ensuring engagement and reach metrics are maximised. Plan, implement and report on paid campaigns.
* Updating Group Website regularly, including product listings/promotions for online store, opening of vaccine appointments, blog posts, store listings and web banners.
* Prepare & schedule regular ezines
Events/Charities
* Events & Charities - Organise and coordinate charity events across the Group e.g. Daffodil day, Trick or Treat for CHI, local fundraiser etc. Liaise with charity and ensure promotional materials are sent out to each pharmacy. Co-ordinate & log the return of money raised and payment to charity. Organise presentation photo with Adrian Dunne, pharmacy and charity. Promote on social media, digital screens etc.
* Store events (e.g. Skin/Beauty) - support stores by creating POS and digital graphics to promote the event. Send texts/emails to relevant databases.
Communications & Admin
* Compile and issue weekly memo to stores, sourcing information from Group Office colleagues and stores (celebrations & milestones)
* Marketing budgets - track marketing spend and monitor spend versus target e.g. sponsorship, fundraising payments log.
* Manage the Info email, responding or forwarding emails to relevant department.
Support internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives by promoting and managing upcoming theatre, concert and cultural events to staff.
* Prepare regular KPI reports for marketing activities.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Office team as required
We are looking for:
* Creative & energetic team player
* Marketing/Digital Marketing graduate with 12 months experience in marketing role
* Excellent digital & design skills including experience with Website content management, SEO, Google Analytics & Ads, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager, Microsoft Office & Canva.
* WooCommerce experience an advantage
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Full clean drivers license is essential, access to car as travel to Group stores is required
