Responsibilities
A Care Supervisor in a homecare company is responsible for:
Overseeing the delivery of high‑quality care services to clients, ensuring that care plans are followed and regularly updated.
Supervising and supporting care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Conducting client visits, completing spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to maintain safe and effective care.
Liaising with private care clients and attending care calls.
Qualifications and Requirements
Completed in QQI Level 5 or above.
Full clean Irish Driving Licence and access to own car.
Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector.
Up‑to‑date training in PMH, First Aid, HSE Land.
