Client Services Portfolio Manager
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Structured Finance group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and deals, providing exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
About the Role
This is a senior position that requires strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. You will work closely with our sales and support teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients, leveraging your expertise in structured finance transactions and product knowledge to provide insightful guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients and deals, ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivery of high-quality service
* Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development
* Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure seamless transaction execution and query resolution
* Review and approve transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in structured finance, preferably in a client services role
* In-depth knowledge of payment processing, issuing & paying agency operations, and structured finance transaction documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* A track record of developing and guiding staff, with a focus on talent development and succession planning
