Job Description
A highly respected Irish owned insurance broker seeks a new member for the personal lines team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on suitable insurance products.
* Evaluate client requirements and offer tailored cover solutions.
* Deliver exceptional care and expert advice to clients during policy renewals and servicing needs.
* Issue and amend policies, handle mid-term adjustments, queries, and administration duties.
* Build relationships across teams to achieve targets and objectives.
* Maintain compliance standards throughout processes.
Requirements:
* 12-18 months experience handling car or home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.
* Hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance or be progressing towards it.
* Energy, drive, excellent communication, and commitment to customer service.
