Job Overview
A Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in project success, ensuring seamless site operations and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage site drawings to optimize workflow efficiency
* Maintain vigilant oversight of sub-contractors' work, addressing any discrepancies promptly
* Establish strong relationships with project managers and other key stakeholders to facilitate open communication
* Undertake setting out duties for the site team and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time
* Monitor ground works and contractors to guarantee high-quality outcomes
* Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation to support informed decision-making
* Regularly report on project progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a Site Engineer capacity
* Prior residential experience is highly valued
* Holding a CSCS card is mandatory
* Completion of a Level 8 Engineering qualification is essential
* RC frame experience is advantageous
