As ourGroup Finance Manager, youll have the autonomy to run core finance operations while influencing big-picture strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, youll be a trusted partner across the business shaping decisions, driving performance, and helping us scale with confidence. Responsibilities : Own monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting across the group Lead billing, WIP, and collections to keep cash flowing strong Analyse margins, costs, and profitability to unlock growth opportunities Ensure best-in-class financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory accuracy Manage AP, treasury, and cash flow forecasting with a proactive mindset Work with commercial and operational leaders to provide sharp, actionable financial insight Support acquisitions, due diligence, and system integration projects Champion automation and smarter use of tech (including AI) to streamline finance processes Create engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Lead and develop a talented finance team, building a culture of collaboration and excellence Skills required Fully qualified accountant with 35 years PQE Strong technical knowledgeanda commercial mindset Experience in professional services, IT, or multi-entity businesses is an advantage A track record of leading or mentoring others ( 5 people) Advanced skills in accounting systems, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI is a plus) A passion for process improvement, automation, and innovation Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies in finance Youll join a forward-thinking leadership team in a growing, ambitious company that invests in people and innovation.
