Our human-centered approach ensures tailored and scalable platforms for each client's unique needs, ultimately driving the next industrial evolution towards a sustainable, efficient future.Job Description:To drive business growth by developing new accounts and managing existing customers in the industrial automation sector. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with global and local clients, supporting sales opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with customers in the industrial automationand related industries.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.- Support existing accounts by ensuring consistent communication, timely follow-up, and value-added engagement.- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotationsto clients.- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer requirements with offered solutions.- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM systems.- Provide market intelligenceand competitor insights to management.Represent the company atglobal customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry eventswhen required.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related), Business Administration, or Marketing.2–3 years of sales/account management experience.Preferred:experience working with global markets/customers.- Preferred:background in industrial automation, controls, or industrial solutions.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.- Proficiency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.Performance MetricsAchievement of sales and revenue targets.Growth of customer base (local & international).Expansion of business in the industrial automationdomain.- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.- Contribution to market intelligence and strategic planning.If you're ready to take your automation career to the next level, apply now and become part of our growing global team.
