About Your Team
Regulatory Reporting is a department within Client Servicing Operations team responsible for submitting various shareholding reports in EMEA and APAC, Fidelity's post trade reporting obligations such as EMIR, ASIC, MIFID Transaction and Trade reporting and Fund disclosure and Sustainability reporting.
It is a global team based in Dublin, Dalian and Gurgaon.
About Your Role
This opportunity is to be part of the Senior Management Team specifically to assist in the management of Global Post Trade reporting covering EMIR, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, HKMA and MIFID Transaction and Trade reporting.
Working closely with the Global Head of Regulatory Reporting this will involve working with the broader team to drive synergies and best practices as we continue on our journey to establish one Global Regulatory Reporting team. It is the responsibility of the Senior Manager to develop a robust oversight model to ensure we are reporting with the highest accuracy and quality and within the regulatory deadlines.You will lead all internal governance obligations to ensure we are performing within delegated guidelines and have responsibility for risk management oversight and data quality of the department. In doing so you will have the opportunity to work closely with the FIL Senior management team and various internal stakeholders e.g. compliance, legal and other operations teams, as well as colleagues from the US office and brokers.
About You
We are looking for
* A senior leader and proven people manager with a track record in building and developing global operational teams functioning in a complex environment
* Experience and knowledge of various types of post trade regulatory reporting obligations globally
* Strong relationship management and influencing skills – having the proven ability to handle complex, diverse and multi layered relationships
* An ability to analyse and understand complex regulatory requirements and work with key stakeholders to determine impacts to current and future processes
* An effective approach to risk management with a focus on developing control frameworks
