Key Responsibilities
* Deliver responsive technical support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Manage service requests and incidents using a PSA system, ensuring timely resolution.
* Lead and contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and hardware deployments.
* Monitor client environments proactively using RMM tools to prevent disruptions.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable advisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical support role, preferably within a managed service or business IT environment.
* A Level 5 qualification in an IT-related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office applications, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Networking fundamentals.
