This role presents a multifaceted opportunity, primarily focused on Food & Beverage and Guest Relations. You’ll have the chance to interface with various aspects of hotel management to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake managerial tasks in accordance with established standards.
* Lead management shifts, overseeing all relevant activities.
* Ensure seamless operations across all departments.
* Manage and coordinate functions and conferences hosted at the hotel.
* Interface effectively with guests and the management team to resolve complaints swiftly.
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
* Assist in staff training as required.
* Contribute to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises.
* Administer emergency and safety procedures, such as fire drills.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a comparable role in the Hospitality sector
* High proficiency in both written and spoken English
* Exceptional interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisational and communication skills
