Job Description:
This is a critical leadership role for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of switchgear skid projects. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design execution of switchgear skid projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution equipment and experience managing complex technical teams. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
