Project Lead Opportunity
As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directly managing customer projects focused on launching solutions quickly and successfully to drive impact throughout organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure, effectively managing project scope, schedule, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and close-out.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within Customer Success, Sales, Content, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create coordinated project plans and align these plans with customer expectations.
* Demonstrate clear communication skills when interacting with both customer and management teams, keeping them informed about project plans, status updates, and any critical issues that may arise.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company focused on delivery of customer solutions.
* Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations with the ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
* The ability to develop and maintain passion for the customer's vision with internal team members.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to solve problems creatively in a collaborative environment.
