- Project management of software resources for your assigned project and the delivery of the software product
- Responsible for deploying and implementing the "state of the art" standards, processes, methods, and tools in your team
- Participate in the improvement of standards, processes, methods, and tools in the software domain
- Check / audit the implementation of standards (e.g., RAISE)
- Develop software project plans, including resource leveling and forecasting
- Execute, monitor, and control to ensure software is delivered on time, within scope, and with quality
- Take complete ownership of delivery involving cross-functional teams, business groups, and product lines
- Establish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for ensuring project completion on time
- Plan and perform SW TRs as per SMART rules
- Develop weekly sprint plans following the SMART process
- Work closely with management and teams to allocate and prioritize tasks
- Ensure correct usage of ticketing systems (CoreALM) as per SMART guidelines
- Collaborate with project managers to agree on feature development
- Understand automotive software development, ADAS, IVI products, and functionality
- Knowledge of automotive SPICE process
- Knowledge of QNX, Linux, Android OS, C++ programming
- Previous experience in an automotive development environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices
- Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Familiarity with CI systems (e.g., Jenkins)
- Experience with Agile development plans
- Ensure detailed task planning and risk mitigation per software sprint
- Ensure SW development processes are followed
- Maintain client relations, communication, and status reporting (WSR & SW KPIs)
- Report status and progress to stakeholders weekly
- Schedule peer reviews with the wider team as required
