Job Title: Lead Youth Care Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Lead Youth Care Professional. This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with the option to work from home one day per week.
**About the Role:**
The Centre provides residential care services for young people aged 16-17 who are seeking international protection. As Lead Youth Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the operational and strategic management of these services. You will lead and guide a team of social care professionals in delivering exceptional care to young people, ensuring their voices are central to all decision-making processes and care planning.

* Lead and manage a team of social care professionals
* Support the Centre Manager in operational and strategic management
* Care coordination and support for young people
, **Requirements:*** A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Care* A minimum of three years' experience in youth-care settings* One year's experience in leadership rolesFull driving license required
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
