We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Maldron Hotel Sandy Road Galway. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the General Manager, directly leading heads of departments, and ensuring that all staff are motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional service. They will also oversee succession planning by leading the development and continuous learning of hotel staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-4 years of experience in a Deputy, Operations or Senior Manager role within a large hotel, as well as experience in people leadership and motivation. You will also need strong commercial awareness and experience in managing KPIs, targets, costs and revenues.
