Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, where some work from home is acceptable. The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator will oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure seamless inventory management and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating shipments, addressing customer inquiries, tracking and maintaining inventory, and optimizing supply chain processes. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management practices.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
* Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing supply chain performance.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to logistics and supply chain management.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Industry certifications are a plus.
