Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights) - (WSH.26)
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the day-to-day warehouse operations at the site, ensuring the operation is running smoothly, and supporting the Warehouse Operation Managers with a variety of tasks that add value to the operation.
You will also ensure all productivity, accuracy, and cost targets are met and exceeded, as well as manage and coordinate warehouse operations at the distribution centre.

Salary: 48,000 Euros+ night shift allowance of 500 Euros per month
Working Pattern: Nights, 10‑week rotating shift pattern between 8.00pm and 8.00am
Location: Clonshaugh, Coolock, Dublin 17
What you’ll do:
Own the recruitment and induction process within the warehouse department of new colleagues
Conduct daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays, etc.
Drive shift performance through the team leaders to achieve KPIs
Forward planning of operation and delivery of plan in line with live volumes and resources
Ensure all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in the warehouse or escalated
Maintain a safe and friendly working environment for all employees, agency and subcontractors
Manage direct reports in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
Wellbeing meetings, long‑term sick management, return to work and disciplinary actions
Shift briefings when required
Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to ensure appropriate resourcing of operation
Day to day reviews of plans and system maintenance in line with live volumes
Ensuring training and development needs are identified and reviewed frequently
Planning and organising operational, people and safety meetings
Accident investigations and reporting
Conduct hazard walks and observations
Maintain and improve performance levels to maximise efficiency of operation in line with account KPI's
Who you are:
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of a warehouse function within the FMCG Distribution Industry
A background operating at a management level is a must
A passion for encouraging teamwork, focusing on creating an innovative culture where all employees can voice their suggestions and ideas
Excellent team management skill for developing Team Leaders
An analytical mind‑set
Flexibility to cover a variety of shift patterns in the future
