The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise manufacture, assembly, and finishing of custom kitchen cabinetry and furniture. This role requires a strong focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and a passion for creating exceptional products.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen cabinets and furniture according to technical drawings and specifications.Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.Select and prepare appropriate materials, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.Fit components such as hinges, runners, handles, and other hardware.Conduct quality checks at each stage of production.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.Skills & RequirementsProven experience as a cabinet maker, joiner, or similar role in furniture/kitchen manufacturing.Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and finishing processes.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality.Competency in using woodworking machinery and power/hand tools.Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.Relevant qualifications in woodworking or cabinetry (advantageous).What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work with a market leader in bespoke kitchens.Ongoing training and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Career growth opportunities within the company.Job Type: Full-timePay: €16.00-€18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountWork Location: In person
