We are currently recruiting for a production operations assistant to support a dynamic manufacturing team that deliver high precision products for use in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with proven experience in a fast-paced production setting and a strong eye for detail.
You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure daily and weekly output goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities: Execute tasks based on detailed work orders and schedules Operate and maintain a laser printing system with accuracy Enter product codes and serial numbers into internal systems Conduct quality inspections on individual units to ensure compliance Assist in packaging and preparing products for dispatch Coordinate with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency Promptly escalate any issues or discrepancies to the Production Supervisor What Were Looking For: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing environment Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office tools is essential Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently Reliability and a team-focused attitude Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM 12:00 Midnight Friday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM Occasional overtime may be available Apply now for further information on this excellent role within a fast growing and very supportive environment.
