Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver actionable insights to support Minimum Energy Performance (MEP) standards.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements across BER methodology, software, and operations.
* Analyse and model data related to building energy performance and system optimisation.
* Support the delivery of broader EPBD recast requirements.

Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of NFQ Level 7 degree in a technical field (e.g., Architecture, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Building Services, Data Analytics, or related disciplines).
* At least 4 years experience in either: Building energy modelling / sustainability consultancy, Data analytics or engineering focused on buildings or energy systems.
* Proficiency in Python or R for data processing.
* Certification in Microsoft Azure or Power BI.
* Experience managing projects and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable Criteria:
* BER Assessor certification or familiarity with DEAP/NEAP methodologies.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of SharePoint integration and emerging trends in data analytics.
* Understanding of building energy systems.
* PMP certification (or equivalent).
* Experience delivering quality customer outcomes or services.
