We are seeking a creative and motivated
Marketing Coordinator
to join a
prestigious and leading real estate organisation based in Dublin 2
. This is an exciting opportunity for a content-driven marketer with strong design, video, and digital skills to help drive high-profile property brands across digital and offline channels.
The Role
You will support the execution of marketing campaigns while producing high-quality content that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
* Capture and edit photography and video for social media, websites, campaigns, and events
* Edit video content using
Adobe Premiere Pro
(property showcases, promotional and internal videos)
* Design visual assets using
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
Canva
* Write engaging copy for social media, blogs, campaigns, and email communications
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise content and campaigns
* Assist with paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
* Update and maintain website content using
WordPress
* Coordinate with external suppliers (photographers, videographers, PR agencies, printers)
* Support campaign reporting, merchandise, and publication design
Requirements
* 2–3 years' experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
* Proven experience in content creation, video editing, photography, and design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Experience managing social media platforms and performance insights
* Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Full driver licence required
