We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:

2. Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation meet high standards.
3. Maintain excellent knowledge and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
4. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimise efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
* Right to work in Ireland with appropriate documentation.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment.
