Senior Finance Analyst Location: Hybrid / Dublin or Remote (UK/Ireland-based) Department: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Global Manufacturing Reports to: Director, FP&A Global Manufacturing Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and operational finance? Were hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join a Global Manufacturing FP&A team, providing critical financial insights and partnering with international manufacturing sites to support performance, planning, and growth. About the Role As Senior Finance Analyst, youll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting across our manufacturing operations. Youll work closely with site controllers, FP&A leads, and systems teams to drive budget and forecast processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic initiatives. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with hands-on involvement in financial systems (Anaplan, SAP, Power BI), giving you a well-rounded exposure to operational finance in a complex global environment. Key Responsibilities Provide monthly financial analysis, commentary, and reporting to support global manufacturing operations Collaborate with finance teams to challenge and understand key cost drivers and variances Support planning cycles (budget, forecast, latest estimates) with accurate data and clear presentations Assist in the preparation of executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs Ensure accurate monthly reporting and financial integrity of SAP data and accruals Support ongoing improvements in planning systems and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, OneStream) Contribute to cross-functional projects related to finance process enhancement and system upgrades Provide backup support to FP&A systems team during planning cycles Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and deliver clear, actionable insights Collaborate effectively with shared services, centre of excellence (COE) teams, and other finance partners globally What Were Looking For Qualifications & Experience Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting or related discipline Minimum 4 years' experience in a finance, FP&A or commercial analysis role (ideally in a multinational setting) Strong technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint Power BI experience a plus Comfortable working with large datasets and building clear, compelling financial narratives Knowledge of ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream) preferred Prior experience preparing or supporting executive-level reports and presentations For more information contact Jamie Doyle at Talentedge Skills: Financial analysis Commercial Finance Commercial Accounting
