Field Sales Representative (12-Month Temporary Contract)
Overview
The Field Sales Representative is a unique role that will act as the company's eyes and ears in the market, ensuring that supply meets demand during planned new city launches. This is a temporary position for 12 months, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
*Participate in market visits to grow supply at the top of the funnel.
*Conduct information sessions with current and prospective drivers to present the value proposition.
*Engage in outbound call campaigns targeting prospective or newly signed-up drivers.
*Manage interactions with existing and prospective drivers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals; position the service as a solution.
*Support drivers through the sign-up process and ensure they are ready to take their first trips promptly.
*Act as the voice of the customer by channelling insights back to the Operations team.
*Manage third-party partnerships that help scale supply or demand during new city launches.

Requirements
*Minimum 1 year of experience in a field sales or client-facing role.
*Highly self-motivated and autonomous: able to set and achieve goals without constant supervision and continuously seek more efficient ways of working.
*Action-oriented: capable of taking practical steps to resolve issues or challenges.
*Strong interpersonal skills: enjoy engaging with people and inspiring enthusiasm.
*Adaptable: able to remain organised and poised in a fast-paced environment.
