Success Factors Analyst Role Summary The SAP Success Factors Analyst is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimising the SAP Success Factors suite to meet evolving business needs.
This role is embedded within the Group IT SAP Team and plays a key part in driving HR digital transformation initiatives.
The SAP Team includes analysts across SAP FICO, MM & SD, Payroll, and non-SAP domains.
The team supports all departments and business units, helping to identify, select, and deliver technology-driven improvements.
The Success Factors Analyst works closely with this team to ensure HR systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: System Configuration & Support Configure and maintain SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation.
Ensure system stability and alignment with business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Maintain data integrity and optimise configurations for daily operations.
Integration & Collaboration Support replication & integration between Success Factors and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with strategic goals.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Stay current with SAP Success Factors updates and best practices.
Contribute to testing and validation during release cycles.
