The Role
Together, we are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Patent Attorney to join their Dublin office. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal and technical knowledge with a keen interest in leading‑edge technologies.
Responsibilities
Providing legal advice on valuable IP rights (patents, technical data, licenses, designs), interpreting laws/regulations, conducting deep technical and legal research, drafting and prosecuting patents, and offering legal representation to clients in EPO or other IP matters.
Qualifications
Qualified European Patent Attorney10 years experience in patentsPreferably an honours degree in electronic, electrical or computer‑related field (other degrees will be considered depending on experience)Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting patentsHighly knowledgeable on technical, scientific and legal aspects of intellectual propertyStrong communication skills with the ability to explain, clarify, and simplify complex technical informationAnalytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detailNatural leader who can work under pressure and reliably meet deadlinesWillingness to travel as required
