We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our hotel's front office, guest services, concierge, and housekeeping departments. As the Hotel Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions from check-in to departure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement service standards across all departments
- Develop and maintain departmental SOPs, guest service rituals, and internal communication systems
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Foster a culture of excellence and opportunity within the hotel
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, F&B, and spa teams to deliver a cohesive guest journey
