Our client is looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working across both logistics and customer support.
You should have: Essential: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good communication and customer service abilities Confidence working with both sales and manufacturing teams Desirable: Experience using stock or inventory management software Background in electrical wholesale, automation sales or warehouse logistics Knowledge of electrical components (e.g., relays, switches, cables, enclosures, automation devices) Experience in technical stores or distribution environments Forklift licence or manual handling training (advantageous but not required) What will your role look like?
As the Logistics Sales Support professional, you'll play a key role across both the logistics and sales functions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Picking, preparing and dispatching customer orders Receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries Keeping stock locations organised and updating inventory Supporting the manufacturing team with the required components and materials Handling customer enquiries, stock checks and pricing requests Assisting the sales team with quotations for electrical and automation products Communicating with suppliers regarding product availability and lead times Delivering excellent customer service at all times What s next?
