The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will support service users with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion within their home and local community.
Key Responsibilities Empower service users to live independent lives within their residential home and community Transport service users to support access to daily living activities, appointments, and social opportunities Participate in household duties such as cooking, laundry, general cleaning, and shopping Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships with colleagues Promote safe working practices and report hazards, incidents, or concerns promptly Actively engage in team meetings, supervision, training, and team events Deliver an excellent standard of person-centred care at all times Qualifications
