CDD ANALYST / HYBRID / DUBLIN / €50000-€55000 DEPENDANT UPON EXPERIENCE / BENEFITS / 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
About the Team/Role
The Compliance (CDD) Analyst will work under the supervision of the Compliance Shared Services CDD Manager, to assist with the reviews of global CDD client files and ad hoc projects as and when required.

How you'll make an impact
* Conduct Customer Due Diligence reviews of global corporate clients, working caseloads in a timely manner
* Review the required information and documents for all new onboardings and refresh client reviews within the agreed KPIs
* Understand and abide by all AML related policies and procedures including but not limited to AML/CFT Policy, CDD Procedure, ISR Procedure, Suspension Procedure.
* Complete screening for Adverse Media/Sanctions/PEP's and investigate potential matches. Escalate to MLRO when required. This includes initial and ongoing name screening within the CDD platform
* Complete Due Diligence (light KYC) on Outsourcing Service Provider requests, providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders
* Maintain clear and comprehensive records of all client data / KYC Packs, within the CDD platform, to provide robust audit trails
* Outreach directly to Clients for Due Diligence requests
* Assist the Commercial Team with any queries or urgencies on client files, including occasionally attending meetings between Commercial Team and their Clients
* Attend bi-weekly Compliance/Commercial Team calls to review and discuss client files and provide status updates
* Review and reply to incoming Client emails, responding within SLA timeframes
* Monitor and liaise with MLRO's on escalated Client files submitted to MLRO(s), to ensure a decision is agreed within SLA timeframes
* Adhere to the suspension process, which includes reaching out to the client's 90 days in advance of the due date, following up with the client/RM, escalating suspension or extension requests to MLROs, and preparing suspension requests.
* Filing internal suspicious reports when required in line with the ISR Procedure and AML legislation.
* Assist on ad hoc projects and/or documentation updates as and when needed.
Experience you'll bring
* Experience in Customer Due Diligence or a related position
* Knowledge and experience in AML, CTF or a similar experience
* Experience using screening tools such as Orbis, LexisNexis, Moodys etc.
* Organisational and communication skills
* Apply problem-solving skills
* Ability to build internal relationships between different stakeholders across the organization
