We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our Waterford-based team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering successful residential construction projects.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Residential Developer as they embark on their first developments in Waterford. With c.400 units to build across 3 sites, you will be responsible for leading the QS team and working closely with regional managers and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver successful completion of residential construction projects;
* Manage large-scale packages and work independently;
* Collaborate with regional managers and on-site teams;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. A Level 8 Degree or High-level Qualification in Construction or QS-related subject;
2. a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor;
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of procurement, cost reporting, and contracts.
