About The Opportunity

This flagship corporate site requires an experienced, dynamic, and commercially driven General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant, hospitality, and catering operations. This is a high-profile role overseeing a premium workplace dining experience, hospitality services, and client engagement within a professional corporate environment.
The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operational delivery of an exceptional food and hospitality service experience. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with on-site senior stakeholders. You will set the tone, culture, and service standards for this new operation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop the catering and hospitality team
Oversee daily restaurant and hospitality operations
Manage budgets, P&L performance, and financial controls
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and senior management
Ensure delivery of high-quality food, service, and presentation standards
Drive innovation in menus, hospitality offerings, and workplace dining concepts
Maintain compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies
Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning
Deliver measurable customer satisfaction and engagement results
About You
We are seeking a proven hospitality leader with experience managing large-scale, high-volume corporate catering or hospitality environments.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in contract catering, corporate dining, or hospitality
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L accounts
Experience mobilising or launching new sites/contracts (desirable)
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and team development capability
Passion for food innovation and service excellence
Sound knowledge of food safety and compliance regulations
