Our client, a progressive and expanding accountancy firm based in South Dublin, is looking for a Tax Semi-Senior to join their established Tax Compliance and Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for the Tax Semi-Senior work with a broad portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, gaining valuable experience in both compliance and advisory work within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The Role: Manage and deliver a range of tax compliance assignments across a diverse client base Support the delivery of tax planning and advisory projects, contributing to strategic solutions for clients Assist with the coordination of team workflow, including deadlines and staff allocation Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations Supervise and review work prepared by junior team members, providing coaching and on-the-job training Liaise with Revenue on client matters, including Revenue audits, negotiations, and settlements Ideal Candidate: CTA qualified or close to completion Solid technical tax knowledge and a proactive approach to identifying planning opportunities for clients Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice environment with a hands-on, client-focused approach Salary & Benefits: €50,000 €55,000 Hybrid working model Performance Bonus Pension & healthcare benefits CPD support and structured career development Regular team-building events and a positive, social work culture If you are a Tax Semi-Senior looking to progress in your career, please contact Eoin OLeary at and we can arrange a confidential call.
