Location: Dublin region
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment
* Manage/Carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
* Ensure upkeep of all site safety procedures and compliance (permitting, risk assessments, method statements, SDS, COSHH etc.)
* Ensure job closures are completed in timely manner.
* Ensure that monthly targets for KPI's for PPM and Helpdesk are met.
* Ensure all service reports are reviewed and remedial work captured and organised.
* Where applicable provide hands on support for other site staff.
* Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
* Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
* Report accidents in a timely manner.
* Ensure HSQE standards are maintained and promote best practice and site-specific core values.
* Ensure company operating procedure is adhered to.
* Report any unsafe activities / risks promptly to the Site Manager and HSQE Manager
About You:
* Proven capability of working within a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
* Previous Facilities Management or similar industry background.
* Approachable team player, able to work on own initiative and with colleagues and clients alike.
* Ability to maintain high levels of self-motivation, technical innovation, enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to prioritise jobs.
* Ability to multi-task
* Methodical / analytical approach to work
* Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability.
