Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the technology industry. They are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin.
You will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Drive performance management, conduct performance reviews, design and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills, support career progression, and succession planning. Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum requirements:
1. 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience
2. CIPD qualification and/or third-level qualification
3. Self-directed and comfortable making evidence-based, data-driven decisions
4. Strong sense of accountability and co-ownership of challenges
