Key responsibilities:
To oversee the operation of the Hotel while on duty
To assist with all hotel departments when required
Assist the C&B manager with the busy banqueting department, particularly weddings and running of these events in the Banqueting managers absence
Available to work a variety of shifts in line with operational needs, including late night, early morning and weekends
Desired Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria
Strong Food and Beverage experience, (at least 2 years) preferably within a 4 star hotel
Experience working with weddings would be an advantage
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work under pressure
