What You'll Do
Lead and support a small team of fundraisers across Ireland
Train, coach, and motivate new starters
Help your team hit daily and weekly targets
Fundraise door-to-door alongside your team and lead by example
Create a positive, high-performance culture
What You'll Bring
Great communication and leadership skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership (preferred, not essential)
Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
Hands-on approach – you lead from the front
What's in It for You
€30,000–€35,000 base salary (DOE)
€12,000+ uncapped commission
Car allowance + daily lunch allowance
20 days annual leave + 10 bank holidays
