An exciting opportunity has been created for an Executive Assistant to support the growth of Elevate Partners, a leading Financial Advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary and time management: Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, staff meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.
* Engage with senior leaders to understand business needs and priorities, ensuring seamless alignment and execution.
* Manage various ad-hoc duties to establish and maintain the new office setup, including IT infrastructure, phone lines, email and postal correspondence, and office supplies.
* Support departmental induction for new staff by assisting with the recruitment process and organizing training programs.
* Arrange domestic and international travel for the team, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements.
* Provide assistance with reporting internally and externally, working closely with the Managing Director group.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced professional environment.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders' needs and expectations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
* Establishing and maintaining office systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
